One Answer to the Tuition Dilemma

A friend of one of my daughters offered the following as one answer to the high cost of tuition. Her friend teaches full time in yeshiva. Her salary is less than $20,000 per year. HOWEVER, her four children attend this same yeshiva at no cost, a savings of almost $60,000 in tuition. Whoa! In order to pay that tuition bill if she were not teaching in the yeshiva she would need to have a gross salary in the $85,000 plus range. This is surely a win-win situation for the mother and for the yeshiva--she pays no tuition and they get a teacher for cheap. Of course, there is that little problem hidden in this information. The school is missing $60,000 in tuition money. And someone is going to have to make up that money. Any guesses as to who will do so?
