A November Note to Blog Readers

I realize that I am not known for the brevity of my postings. The two of the three postings on the Shidduch Crisis that follow below are not among the shorter of my postings. Personal obligations are going to keep me from writing much this week (is that a sigh of relief I hear?) and so I indulged in the longer postings to give my readers something to chew on all week. i will try to get any and all comments posted but this is, otherwise, going to be a "slow news week."
