Welcome!

For a while there I wondered if the blogosphere was slowly dying and no one bothered to tell me. A whole lot of blogs that were around when I first started reading blogs and became a blogger are no longer around. There are others which post only rarely now. The past two weeks have shown me, however, that there is new blood being infused into the blogosphere, and I think the prognosis is that this "patient" is recovering and will be better than ever.

Please take a moment to scroll down the list of blogs on my home page; some are new, and you might take a moment to go and visit. Giving chizuk to new bloggers by visiting their sites and commenting is one way to guarantee that the blog world will stick around.

Hats of to you! A blogger who has been around for over 4 years!

Keep it coming! You are the sort of blogger that gives new ones the inspiration to continue!

As old bloggers disappear, new ones appear on the scene. I think it has always been like that.

Over the past few years, many of the blogs I liked to follow have closed and are now open only to invited readers. I can understand why some bloggers wish to do that and it is certainly their right, but unfortunate after they have developed a following.

I agree that many of the good ones seem to have shut down. The challenge is to find the time to develop a relationship with a new one.

Sporadic, try An Orthodox Jew living in an Unorthodox World, Primum Non Nocere, The CLD, Life on a Cotton Ball. Sorry, should have mentioned them in the post to make it easier.
