All in all the first J-bloggers convention was an interesting experience. But I do have one suggestion for the organizers for the next convention. Blogging is an online activity. The majority of those "attending" the convention were doing so online. There needs to be some thought given as to how those of us not physically in Israel can be included in some way during the next convention.
One suggestion--have someone include questions we might be asking in the chat room. Another suggestion--have all the panelists come in to the chat room and talk to us as well. Yet another suggestion--have a monitor up in the actual convention room showing the chat in the chat room and allowing the physically there participants to respond to us as well.
J-bloggers are hardly silent voices and I have a feeling that many of us were itching for a way to participate other than just watching.

Jbloggers should have regular monthly chats. We don't need a physical convention to have one online.
Nefesh B'Nefesh was sponsoring it, so participating in such a manner online might lead people to want to live in Israel even more, when they realize just how much they're missing out on here- even the little things.
I would say that the same reasoning applies for their online streaming of Aliyah welcoming ceremonies.
